Instructions
Combine ingredients except oil and vinegar in a large bowl or portion into two small bowl or containers.
Add vinegar and oil and toss about 10 minutes prior to serving.
Alternatively, use your favorite salad dressing instead of the oil and vinegar.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
