Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to products purchased on this website. Returns for products sold via Amazon and other vendors, as part of our participation in their respective affiliate advertising/marketing programs, are subject to their respective returns policies.

The Salad Lobby’s Returns Policy is simple: Yes.

Satisfaction guarantee

One of The Salad Lobby’s mottos is “Be happy with what you’ve got.”

If you do not feel this way after receiving your garment, it is most likely because of incorrect size. If you are unhappy with the size you received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Though every product page includes sizing information, sometimes the fit is still not perfect. Every body is different. That’s okay.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with any physical products you purchased here, for any reason, and you have not worn the item outside, soiled it in any way (sweat stains count), or washed it, you may return it within 30 days of order date following the instructions below. We will promptly refund the payment for the returned and received item(s). If you simply wish to exchange the item for a different size or color, we will send you a new item.

Shipping charges (both ways, in case of an exchange) remain your responsibility.

All sales of digital/virtual/downloadable products are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges or refunds for digital/virtual/downloadable products.

Acceptable reasons for returns

Misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that’s misprinted, damaged during shipping, or simply incorrect (not what you ordered) due to a fulfillment error, you may return the item for a replacement or full refund.

You must submit any claims for misprinted, damaged,  defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of receiving the product following the instructions below.

Lost packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to The Salad Lobby. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed shipment

Shipments that go unclaimed (uncollected at the local post office or another pickup location) are returned to The Salad Lobby and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

How to make a return

Please read these instructions carefully:

  1. If you wish to make a return, first email us with a return claim. Provide your order number, item name/description, and the reason(s) for the return. If you wish to exchange your item for one of a different size or color, let us know as well. If you wish to return misprinted, damaged, defective or incorrect items, please also include photograph(s) of the item(s) in question.
  2. We will reply as soon as possible to confirm the next step.
  3. After you receive the return confirmation, mail the item(s) to

When we receive your return, we will email you again and either process your refund or have a replacement item(s) sent to your address, depending on your preference or our determination otherwise.

Whatever the reason for your return, you bear the cost of its shipment to us; in case of an exchange, you also bear the cost of shipment back to you, even if the original shipment was using our free shipping method.
